These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Dezi-Q website and software platform.

Use of the service

Dezi-Q is provided as a software workspace for medical device project creation, design control organization, traceability, collaboration, and export preparation. Users may access the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with their assigned permissions.

No regulatory advice

Dezi-Q does not provide legal, regulatory, or clinical advice. Customers remain responsible for their own regulatory strategy, design control decisions, quality records, and product compliance obligations.

Customer responsibility

• Maintain control over user access, exported documents, and final released records.
• Review all generated content before using it in a quality or regulatory process.
• Ensure that any use of Dezi-Q aligns with internal procedures and applicable law.

Intellectual property

Dezi-Q and its software, branding, workflows, and underlying materials remain the property of Dezi-Q or its licensors. Customer project content remains the customer's property.

Availability and changes

Dezi-Q may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, or product development. Dezi-Q will act reasonably to preserve service continuity but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dezi-Q is provided without warranties beyond those explicitly agreed in writing. Dezi-Q is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
